The 30-Day Reclamation Ritual

You don't have to be ready
for everything to begin something.

A 30-day container that moves you through the first stages of this work — structured, sequential, and built to produce real ground.

A real container.
Not a preview. Not a course. A process.

The 30-Day Reclamation Ritual is not an introduction to The Chrysalis Method. It is not a sampler, a teaser, or a taste of something bigger. It is its own complete container — structured across four phases, sequential in its movement, and built to produce real ground under your feet by the time it ends.

It moves you through The Descent, The Excavation, The Emergence, and The Illumination. Each phase builds on the one before it. You do not jump ahead. You do not skip what feels uncomfortable. The container holds the pace.

If The Chrysalis Method is where identity dissolution happens, The Reclamation Ritual is where you discover what is actually being dissolved — and whether you're ready to go all the way.

Some women enter The Ritual knowing they're headed toward The Chrysalis Method. Others come to The Ritual because they're not sure yet. Both arrive in the right place. The Ritual does what it was designed to do regardless of what comes next.

Because the gap between knowing and doing
doesn't close by itself.

You've consumed enough content. You've read the books. You know, intellectually, what you're supposed to do. You've even started — multiple times. What you haven't had is a container that holds you through the uncomfortable middle of actually beginning to excavate the story you've been living inside.

The Reclamation Ritual provides that container. It is structured. It has a clear beginning and a clear end. It does not require you to show up to a group call every week hoping the collective energy will be enough to move you. It works with you, in your own life, at the depth your life actually contains.

It is not for women who are brand new to this work. It is for women who have done some of it — who know there's something real to excavate — and who need a structure that meets them where they actually are and moves them forward with intention.

30 days. 4 phases. One complete arc.

Each phase is a distinct movement. You do not rush from one to the next. You complete what each phase is designed to produce before the next one begins. The container holds this pace — you do not have to manage it yourself.

Phase 01 Days 1–7

The Descent

You begin by going down, not up. Not to wound yourself again — to locate what is actually there. Age-by-age, from where you are now backward, you start to identify the moments where the decisions about yourself were made. Not what happened. What you decided it meant about you. The Descent produces the map. Without the map, the excavation has no ground to work from.

Corresponds to: The Descent + The Capture (Chrysalis Method Phases 02–03)
Phase 02 Days 8–14

The Excavation

With the map from The Descent, you begin the actual excavation. You move through the material you've identified — not to analyze it further, but to process it somatically, to metabolize what the body has been holding that the mind has already understood. You start to locate the shape of what is being dissolved. You give it specific language. You look at it directly for the first time.

Corresponds to: The Metabolization + The Revelation (Chrysalis Method Phases 04–05)
Phase 03 Days 15–21

The Emergence

The first glimpse of what is underneath the story. Not the constructed version — the received version. You do not build this. You create the conditions for it to surface. The Emergence in The Ritual is not the full emergence of The Chrysalis Method — it is the first contact with the version of yourself that the excavation has made space for. It is enough to change the quality of every decision you make from here forward.

Corresponds to: The Void + The Emergence (Chrysalis Method Phases 06–08)
Phase 04 Days 22–30

The Illumination

You do not end The Ritual by going back to your life as it was. The Illumination is the integration phase — where what emerged becomes grounded, named, and oriented toward the life you are building. You leave The Ritual with specific clarity about what changed, what is now possible, and — if the full work is what you're ready for — what The Chrysalis Method would produce from where you now stand.

Corresponds to: The Emergence + The Sealing (Chrysalis Method Phases 08–09)

You know there's something real here.
You're not sure you're ready for all of it yet.

The Reclamation Ritual meets you at the threshold. You don't have to know what's on the other side to step into it.

  • You have done some personal development work — therapy, coaching, self-help — and you know there's something deeper that hasn't been reached yet.
  • You freeze before visibility. You know the pattern. You haven't found the container that breaks it.
  • You feel the gap between who you are in private and who actually shows up in public. It is costing you — income, impact, and the version of your life you know is possible.
  • You are not ready to commit to a full identity dissolution process — or you're not sure if you are. You want to do real work and discover what you're actually working with first.
  • You need a structure. Not more content. Not another book. A container that holds you through 30 days of actual excavation and produces real ground by the end of it.

The Ritual is a complete process.
It also prepares you for the next one.

Many women who complete The Reclamation Ritual discover — through the work itself — that they are ready for The Chrysalis Method. Not because The Ritual was a preview designed to upsell them into something. Because thirty days of serious excavation produces a level of clarity about what is actually present that makes the path forward obvious.

Some women finish The Ritual and know they need more time before The Chrysalis Method. That is equally the right outcome. The Ritual was designed to produce ground, not urgency. What you discover in it is yours, regardless of what you choose next.
